Primate Ayodele's 2026 Prophecy: Eight Major Protests Predicted for Tinubu's Government
Prophet Forecasts 'Nemesis Protests' Against Tinubu in 2026

Renowned Nigerian prophet, Primate Babatunde Elijah Ayodele, has issued a series of stark predictions for the year 2026, forecasting significant political turbulence and security challenges for the nation. The spiritual head of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church made these revelations during a church conference held in Lagos on Saturday, December 20, 2025.

Major Political Unrest Forecast for Tinubu's Administration

In a direct address concerning Nigeria's political landscape, Primate Ayodele warned of at least eight major protests targeting the administration of President Bola Tinubu. The cleric specifically described these as "nemesis protests," indicating they would be driven by grievances and perceived injustices.

He further cautioned members of the National Assembly and various state houses of assembly to be vigilant, as their convoys could face attacks amidst the predicted civil unrest. This prophecy points to a potentially volatile year for Nigeria's political class.

Security Predictions: Peace, Betrayal, and Air Disasters

On the critical issue of national security, Primate Ayodele presented a mixed forecast. He stated that Nigeria would experience periods of peace alongside instances of betrayal within the country's security architecture. This suggests internal challenges or compromises that could undermine stability.

The prophet also urged for fervent prayers against air disasters, both within Africa and globally. His predictions included specific warnings about emergency aircraft landings within Nigeria and a military plane crash occurring somewhere in the world during the year.

International Tensions and the Prophet's Profile

Extending his vision beyond Nigeria's borders, Primate Ayodele foresaw rising geopolitical tensions. He predicted a strain in relations between Iran and the European Union (EU). Additionally, he warned that the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) and the EU would confront Russia, indicating a potential escalation in existing international conflicts.

The prophet, who hails from Ikere-Ekiti, began his ministry in a one-room apartment in Lagos's Ilasamaja area in 1994. Today, he leads a growing congregation and is known for his philanthropic work, supporting widows, orphans, and vulnerable individuals. His annual prophecies on politics, security, and international relations have garnered significant attention in recent years.

This latest prophecy comes after the cleric recently denied allegations made by Bayo Adelabu, the Minister of Power, who accused him of an attempted extortion. Primate Ayodele, through his media aide, clarified that he had only requested the minister to purchase trumpets for the church.
