Renewed Hope Media Team Starts South East Project Tour

The Renewed Hope Ambassadors, in partnership with the Presidential Media Team, are set to commence the South East edition of the national media inspection of projects this weekend. This tour will focus on legacy projects undertaken by President Bola Tinubu's administration in the South-East zone.

Tour Details

The inspection will begin in Ebonyi State on Saturday, June 13, 2026, and conclude in Imo State on June 17. Over 50 editors and journalists from across Nigeria will participate in this five-day media engagement, which aims to showcase the achievements, ongoing projects, and developmental strides of the Tinubu administration under the Renewed Hope Agenda.

Activities Planned

The tour will include project inspections, stakeholder engagements, media interactions, and strategic discussions on national development. The Renewed Hope National Media Tour serves as a platform for promoting factual reporting, strengthening government-media relations, and providing Nigerians with firsthand information on the impact of policies and programmes being implemented across the country.

Previous Tour

Earlier, the tour took over 70 editors and government officials to the North-West zone. During that visit, they inspected Federal Government’s legacy intervention projects such as the Kaduna-Kano-Katsina-Maradi railway, the Kebbi corridor of the Sokoto-Badagry Highway, the Abuja-Kaduna-Kano Highway, the Kaduna Western Bypass, irrigation projects in Jigawa, and ecological intervention projects in the Wujuwuju-Jakara area of Kano, among others.
