Super Eagles midfielder Frank Onyeka has completed a permanent move to Coventry City from Brentford for an undisclosed fee, following his loan spell at the CBS Arena. The 28-year-old Nigerian international initially joined the Sky Blues in January and has now made the switch permanent after the opening of the summer transfer window.
Key Role in Championship Title Win
Onyeka played a crucial role in Frank Lampard’s side winning the Sky Bet Championship title, making 14 appearances and scoring a vital goal in a victory over Derby County in April. His contributions helped Coventry secure promotion to the Premier League.
Premier League Experience
The midfielder brings valuable top-flight experience, having made 75 Premier League appearances during his time with Brentford. His move to Coventry marks a return to the Premier League for the 2025-26 season.
Onyeka's Ambition
