PalmPay's ₦400m Festive Campaign Offers Travel Prizes

In a major end-of-year splash, PalmPay, a top digital banking platform in Nigeria, has kicked off a massive ₦400 million festive rewards campaign. This initiative promises to give users cash rewards and fully sponsored international travel experiences simply for using the app for daily transactions.

Campaign Details and How to Win

The promotion, named the PalmPay World Travel Carnival, is active from December 17, 2025, to January 8, 2026. It is designed to turn routine banking actions into exciting opportunities for users. The campaign is part of PalmPay's broader Purple December brand activities, which celebrate the company's annual milestones and community projects.

At the heart of the promotion is an interactive card-collection game. Users can earn digital cards representing five global cities—London, New York, Dubai, Sydney, and Cape Town—by completing eligible transactions like airtime purchases, data subscriptions, and money transfers. Collecting all five cards allows a user to form a World Card, which qualifies them for a share of the cash prize pool.

Earning More Rewards and Travel Opportunities

Users can increase their earnings by creating multiple World Cards. Cards that are not yet part of a set can be traded with friends and other PalmPay users to help complete collections. Beyond cash, the campaign's grand prize is an all-expenses-paid international trip.

In each of the three campaign rounds, the two users with the highest number of eligible transactions of ₦100 and above, who also possess at least one World Card, will win the travel package. The generous package includes:

  • Visa application fees
  • Return international airfare
  • Five days and four nights of hotel accommodation
  • Meals, airport transfers, and local transportation for tours
  • Visits to selected attractions

Transparent Selection and Fair Play

Winners will be chosen via a transparent leaderboard system, with rewards automatically credited at the end of each round on December 25, December 31, and January 8. PalmPay has implemented strict measures to ensure fairness, warning that any use of bots, fake accounts, or manipulation will lead to disqualification or account suspension. Each user can only win the free travel prize once during the campaign.

To participate, users simply need to perform their regular transactions on the PalmPay app, collect city cards, and combine them into World Cards to climb the leaderboard and boost their chances of winning big this festive season.
