Sintei, the doctor successfully delivered her triplets at the hospital but soon faced critical health issues that necessitated immediate transfer to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Despite intensive medical efforts to stabilize her condition, she tragically died in the early hours of April 14, 2026. In a poignant Facebook post, her brother described watching her struggle for life, with her oxygen levels plummeting from 70 to 0 on the SpO2 machine, signaling her passing at exactly 2:45 a.m.
He expressed profound grief, stating, "We watched her struggling to live, we watched her gasping for breath... and then all of a sudden, the SpO2 machine in the ICU began dropping from 70 to 50 and then to 0. It was at this point I knew the inevitable had come." Meshack praised his sister as a fighter who held on until the end, mourning the loss as a significant blow to the Sintei family.

During a conversation with Legit.ng, Meshack disclosed that the pregnancy was achieved through in vitro fertilization (IVF), which came with inherent risks and complications.
